Sales-manager für den Bereich Events & Brands im Innendienst (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgabenbereiche:

Neukundenakquise und Ausbau des Geschäfts mit Bestandskunden
-
Auf- und Ausbau von neuen Verkaufskanälen (Google Ads/Facebook) im Eventbusiness international
-
Besuch von Kunden in Europa sowie von Messen und Sportveranstaltungen zur Neukundenakquise
-
Identifikation von Marktchancen, Verkaufspotentialen und Entwicklung der passenden Strategie für eine nachhaltige Steigerung des Umsatzes

Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und besitzt einen ausgeprägten Unternehmergeist

Du bist kommunikationsstark, ein guter Teamplayer und findest sich auch in einem internationalen Umfeld problemlos zurecht

Du besitzt die Fähigkeit vertrauensvolle und langjährige Beziehungen mit Kunden aufzubauen

Du verstehst neue komplexe Sachverhalte schnell und kannst diese herunterbrechen
-
Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre
-
Du beherrschst fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Du hast eine Leidenschaft für den Sport, Service & den Verkauf und strebst immer nach dem besten Ergebnis

Du stellst den Kunden immer an die erste Stelle, zeigst Empathie und weißt, wie man zum Kauf inspiriert und anregt

Your responsibility:

Expansion of the international sales network and establishment of our products

Establishing and expanding new sales channels (Google AD/Facebook) in the event business internationally

The occasional visit to customers in Europe, trade fairs and sporting events to acquire new customers

Identification of market opportunities, sales potentials and development of the appropriate strategy for a sustainable increase in revenue
